Yeah, I know, the month has only 31 days, so it can't really be longer than that. But, it sure did feel like it.
However, it ended well. Kevin is home from the hospital and living with us. :) He is thrilled to be home and looking forward to starting a new life. We're happy to have him with us for awhile; just 'til he gets on his feet or November 1, whichever comes first! ;)
Actually, he's in the market for a truck and an RV. He wants to live off base in an RV so that he can keep his dogs with him. We, of course, think this is a fine idea. Hmmmm . . . wonder where he got the idea??? :)
That's all for now. We're gonna be doing our first-of-the-month errands tomorrow. Maybe we'll be getting back to “normal” - whatever that is!
Until the next time . . .
Glad to hear things are going so well for Kevin. Getting and RV and living in it sounds like a great plan!
ReplyDeleteYEA!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe are so glad Kevin is home! I know it will be nice to be together and encourage each other. Our hearts are joyful with you guys.
Take care.

So glad to hear your prayers have been answered and Kevin is doing well enought to come home, back in the Viet Nam era you were pretty much ignored and had to fend for yourself if you had any problems when you returned. Thank God they have ways of helping the Vet now. Hope he finds a nice pickup and 5th wheel he can afford, this time of the year you can get bargains on a used one several years old that has a lot of life left in it. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to read the last two entries. Things are really coming together for the three of you. Thank God for His provision. Kevin fulltiming? The nut doesn't fall far from the tree now does it?
ReplyDeleteGypsy has a 5th wheel for sale but it's in California.
