More Christmas Celebration

After leaving Alek & Lorrie's at 7:45 yesterday morning, we arrived at Jason & Lindsay's about 7:30pm. Yes, it was a long day, but the drive was uneventful and we didn't run into any ugly weather. Thank you, God, for another safe journey.

Of course, the first thing on the agenda, after hugs and squeezes, was opening presents! ;) Reagan was very patient as we unloaded everything from the truck, but once Pop was inside, it was time. So, we got to it! ;)

Once we were done exchanging gifts, there was some snuggling and then it was time to hit the bed. It had been a very long day.

This morning I had every intention of getting up early and going to Curves. Didn't happen. Instead I woke up with a raging headache and I wasn't going much of anywhere. Finally, after lunch, Randy, Lindsay, Reagan & I went out to Target and Kohl's.

This evening, we went to a local park that had a Christmas light display that you walk through. I was definitely up for it 'cause I hadn't gotten my Christmas lights fix yet. There wasn't much to see down in South Carolina and I love driving around looking at the lights. It was a good display and just the right amount of walking. Plus the air was clear and crisp, just like it should be for Christmas lights. :)

It is so good to be here. Only thing missing is Kevin, Chuck & Ginny and Tommy. It would be perfect, then.

Until the next time . . .
