Weather Interruptus

Last night we drove over to Castle View RV to see Dick & Pat. It was wonderful to see them again! As always, we just picked right up where we left off - sitting around and chatting. Their park is very nice and we scoped out a couple of sites we'd like when we move over there. As you drive into the park, there is a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake.

After walking around the park, it was time to get something to eat. We piled into Dick & Pat's car and went to Danna's BBQ. It was a no frills restaurant with pretty good food. We ate our fill and went back to Dick & Pat's for the rest of the evening.

Our plan was to move to Castle View today, but the weather had other ideas. Rain was in the forecast, but we thought we could get up and get out before it came. Didn't happen. Just as Randy started dumping the tanks, the skies opened up. Well, I stopped my inside duties, got another cup of coffee and got comfortable in the recliner. I knew we weren't going anywhere today. :)

We got one more rain shower this morning and, of course, then the sky brightened and there's been no more rain since. Hopefully, it will remain dry through the night, so there won't be a lot of mess to clean before we break camp. The new plan is to move tomorrow morning and play with Dick & Pat for the next week. We've got lots to do!
