And the hits just keep on coming! :) Now our satellite TV has issues! UGH . . . It's just not a good time for us and appliances.
Yesterday the satellite signal died a couple of times, but we really didn't think too much about it. Today it happened a couple of times again, so I called Dish to see if anyone had complained about signal outages. Of course they hadn't, it was just us.
Well, four phone calls later, after the signal continued to die and we'd have to unplug the receiver and plug it back in, an appointment for a technician to come out was made. And he can't be here until sometime Monday afternoon. So, the TV addicts are having a bit of withdrawal! :) Anyway, the signal comes back once in awhile and we watch until it dies again, then we watch whatever's on regular TV. Unfortunately, regular TV on Saturday night is pretty dismal.
The worst thing is we have several movies saved on this DVR, so if it is the DVR we will lose those movies. Double UGH!!!! Oh, well. Such is life.
We did accomplish a couple of things today, though. Randy took the truck in for its regular oil change and I did two loads of laundry and made some more progress on my cross stitch project. Other than that, it's been a quiet day.
It was quite warm today - A/C went on this afternoon. And it's supposed to be in the 90s tomorrow!! Not quite ready for that, but here it is. Better than 20s, so I'm not gonna complain.
