No Exploring, But There’s Good News

We had hoped to do a bit of exploring around Topeka today but the weather just didn't cooperate and we had a couple of errands to run that took longer than expected. Oh, well. Maybe next week we'll get some sightseeing done.

However, we did have some good news. Randy & I met with Kevin and some of his caregivers today. Kevin has made great strides in the last few days and if this trend continues, he'll probably go home by the end of next week! This is wonderful news and we are very encouraged, as you can imagine.

We have been overwhelmed with the kindness of our family and friends. We know that it is because of the prayers and support during these last couple of weeks that we have been able to function effectively. We ask you to continue to pray for Kevin's health and for us as we support him over the next couple of months.

Maybe the next post will have pictures! :) Wouldn't that be nice. Until then . . .
