We left Branson West about 8:45 this morning, heading east. We had a six hour trip ahead of us, to Sikeston, Missouri. After a short stop for an early lunch, we arrived at Town & Country RV about 3pm. So, we actually made it here in less than six hours of driving time. :)
This is just a stopover on our way to Florence, KY. We'll be here until Saturday morning. The only thing we plan to do here is go to Lambert's, home of the throwed rolls. :) You may remember I've posted about our visits to this restaurant while in Alabama. There are three Lambert's locations - Foley, AL; Springfield, MO; and here in Sikeston, the original Lambert's. We've also eaten at the Springfield location, so after tomorrow we'll have eaten at all three restaurants! Wish we could say the same about Cracker Barrels! :)
The internet connection is much stronger here, so I'm hoping to get all my pictures from the last week or so uploaded. When I do, I'll post some here and also give links to the albums in our Webshots site.
