I am SO ready for this humidity to get out of here! After having a headache-free day yesterday, one came slamming back with full force last night as I got ready to go to sleep. Yuck.
And it continued through the night and all day today. So oppressive.
But, I got myself out of the rig and up to Curves as planned. I only did a 30 minute Zumba session, but I did it. That's what counts, right? :)
Came home and grabbed a shower and settled in my recliner for the remainder of the day. I had put on a crockpot full of taco soup first thing this morning, so that was our late lunch. We spent our afternoon watching recorded shows. I even got a little cross stitching in despite the headache.
This evening I pushed myself to go to Bible study. I really, really didn't feel like it, but since we watch a video each week, I hated to get behind. So, I went. I'm glad I did. I always leave with a feeling of being more in tune with what God expects of me. And it's nice to share needs with the other women.

ReplyDeleteI have had a headache for days too. I guess it is the humidity. We have had rain since Sunday and looks like a chance for it all week. Hope you start feeling better soon.
