Spent today doing prep for traveling tomorrow. Randy took me to Curves this morning and while I exercised, he fueled up the truck and got one of our propane tanks filled.
We stopped at WalMart on the way home and still no medication in stock. What a pain. Good thing it's not something that I can't live without. The frustrating part is that if it had been transferred properly on Monday, we wouldn't be in this situation. Oh, well.
Back at home, Randy continued with outside chores and I did laundry.
Now, we have to pack. I hate packing. When your house moves with you, you get out of the habit of packing. And winter clothes are so bulky, they take up a lot of room in the suitcase! Plus, packing for almost two weeks is tough. But, we'll persevere and get it done. After all, the result of this packing and traveling is seeing the kids! That's worth a bit of nuisance. :)
We plan to get on the road about 8am tomorrow. First stop, Murrells Inlet, SC.
Until the next time . . .
Hope you arrived safely and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you both and stay safe on the road.
