Randy surprised me last night when he said he was going with me to Pickers today. He played the psalterywith us last year but had said before we got to Alabama that he had lost interest and wouldn't continue playing this year.
Apparently, he changed his mind. And that was just fine with me. :)
So, we left the house about 8:35 and headed to Fairhope for a morning of music. Everyone was happy to see Randy and welcomed him enthusiastically. Such a wonderful group of people.
We did hear from Chason, the collision repair guy. He's working on finding the parts for our truck and is having a bit of trouble because they are after-market parts. Ugh. Take my advice, do NOT buy a conversion vehicle! If you have to have repairs done for any reason, it becomes a frustrating exercise. Anyway, Chason is pursuing the companies that he needs to talk to, but it's slow progress. Randy & I are just grateful to have such a conscientious person working our case.
That's about it for us. The rest of the day was pretty lazy. Tomorrow's lookin' that way, too. ;)
Until the next time . . .
